If you are a canine pet lover who happens to live around Pittsburgh and would like to do something for charity; then you might want to check out the Food for Fido event which will benefit the animals at the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society. This event will be hosted by Nicole Begley photography with the intention of raising revenue and collecting food donations for a shelter that caters to our poor furry friends.
The Food for Fido event encourages participants to join by bringing along their pets to have a 10-minute photo session with pet photographer/host Nicole Begley. After the session, every pet owner is given a chance to choose a 5×7 digital image to take with them. The participants will pay $35 each for a session and also encouraged to bring a large bag of food which shall be donated to the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society.
The sessions will be held on Saturday, June 9 in West Park on Pittsburgh’s North Side from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. However, if the weather does not do any favor for the event, it will be moved to June 16. Advanced reservations are required so you may go visit food-for-fido.com for more information about the event.
