Canon U.S.A. Inc., one of the leading names in the photography business in collaboration with the American Park Network has kicked off the 6th Annual Canon Photography in the Parks program in Yosemite, California. The free program offers opportunity for photography enthusiasts at all levels to take advantage of the free hands-on tutorial and workshops from experts.
Among the great perks of this program is that you can participate even if you do not actually own a camera as you can simply borrow one at the actual event. Participants are free to use all photography equipment available including Canon PowerShot and EOS DSLR cameras, EF lenses, VIXIA camcorders and more.
The program is not only a promotional strategy for the company but also a chance for enthusiasts to explore more about photography and learn effective video shooting. Not to mention that participants will also get the chance to have their work printed and download their images on the site.
The Photography in the Parks has already commenced at the Yosemite National Park as from today up to July 19. Workshops will be conducted three times daily as scheduled at 9 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and around 8 p.m. at different venues.
